The digital travel logbook brings together the itinerary, bookings, practical destination information and agency advice in a mobile-first experience. Every traveller opens their own trip with a private URL and credentials.
More than a PDF itinerary
A static file must be resent whenever something changes. The connected logbook keeps the journey structure current and opens the correct document from the relevant stage. Clients no longer need to search through attachments or message threads.
Stage-by-stage logbook
Flights, trains, accommodation, transfers and activities appear in a clear chronological journey.
Summary and route
Destinations are ordered and each city opens its useful guide.
Practical destinations
Mobility, payments, connectivity, plugs, emergencies and official links combine with agency advice.
Direct assistance
Phone, email and WhatsApp only appear when the agency has configured each channel.
Available offline
Before departure, the client downloads a protected copy for airports and places with no signal. When internet access returns, the logbook can be updated with the latest back-office changes.
Photos and journey memories
Each stage can hold up to ten photos. At the end, travellers can revisit the journey and share a public version containing stages and images but no private documents or booking references. The agency's brand remains present.
No app-store download
The logbook works in the browser and can be installed as a home-screen shortcut. Agencies deliver their own mobile experience without directing clients to a shared third-party app.
An experience that starts before departure
Cover, route, documents, destinations, assistance and memories in one presentation.
