Conquista el Mundo Viajando connects two spaces: a back office for the agency and a private logbook for the client. It does not replace a booking engine or sales CRM. It solves the phase that begins after the trip has been sold: organising information and supporting the traveller.
A simple back office for every booking
Your team creates the trip, adds travellers and organises dates, stages, accommodation, transport, activities and documents. Agency data remains isolated from other agencies.
Trips and clients
Each journey brings together its travellers, destinations, stages and documents in one workspace.
Private documents
Tickets, vouchers and bookings are delivered to authenticated travellers through temporary access links.
Destination content
A shared guide is combined with the agency's exclusive advice, kept separate from other brands.
Immediate updates
When the agency changes a stage or trip detail, the connected logbook reflects it immediately.
What the traveller receives
The client opens a private URL with a username and password. They can view the logbook, summary, documents, destinations and the support channels configured by the agency. A protected offline copy is available for airports and low-signal destinations.
A lightweight alternative to an agency app
Travellers do not need to find an application in an app store or create an account in a generic third-party platform. The experience opens in a browser, carries the agency's brand and can be installed on the phone.
One euro per booking
No fixed fee, hidden costs or added extras. The agency pays for each booking created.
