From scattered files to a clear experience
Documents are classified by type and can be linked to the relevant stage. Travellers instantly recognise a flight ticket, accommodation booking, train journey, activity or transfer.

Every day in the logbook provides direct access to the documents needed at that point in the journey.

The Documents section groups every file and uses distinct names and icons for each booking type.
Private access
Files are not exposed through permanent public links. Authenticated travellers receive temporary access.
Offline selection
Clients choose to download the journey and its documents before travelling without internet access.
Documents the journey can include

- Transfer vouchers and other agency documents.
Traveller-level privacy
When several people share a journey, the agency can restrict a document to a specific traveller assigned to that trip. The public memories logbook never includes those files.
When a booking changes
The agency updates the trip and replaces or adds the file in the back office. The connected traveller view receives the current version, while an offline copy remains unchanged until the traveller chooses to update it.
